Nick Nydegger - President

Nick brings to WhiteCoat over 10 years of agency chief executive experience, working with hundreds of clients nationwide. As President of WhiteCoat, Nick leads the team with an analytical approach to medical marketing, focusing on physicians’ return on investment as the primary driver of value.

Nick’s career began in traditional marketing with Twentieth Century FOX and quickly grew to managing client digital campaigns across a wide variety of industries. He then founded TargetMarket, a marketing agency tailored to address the specific needs of mid-size firms adjusting to the ever-changing digital landscape. Nick received his BA from the University of Florida and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.


Amanda Kanaan - Medical Marketing Strategist

Amanda has over 10+ years of experience helping providers to grow their practices. Her goal is to empower medical organizations by teaching them how to stand out in today’s competitive healthcare market. Amanda has previously served as a medical marketing director in private practice so she understands the unique challenges physicians face as business owners. She is a national speaker on the topic of medical marketing and has published over a hundred medical related articles.


Louise Griffin- Director of Physician Liaison Programs

Louise brings over 14 years of medical-focused marketing and sales experience to WhiteCoat. During that time she worked closely with practices, hospitals and clinics to develop community-based programming, often focused around disease-state education. Louise developed local and national educational events, as well as assisting physicians to communicate with their market as presenters and subject matter experts. A graduate of Pepperdine University with a BA in Telecommunications with minors in Marketing and Psychology, and experience in the PR field, Louise brings diverse experience to her clients at WhiteCoat. With experience as a small business owner as well, she understands the diverse scope of today’s professional – from management to marketing, and works to assist physician practices to grow their referrals as Director of Physician Liaison Programs with WhiteCoat Designs.

Cary Saineghi - Director of Marketing and Client Services

Cary began her career working for an advertising and public relations agency after graduating Cum Laude from Lynn University with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications. Cary has successfully helped companies create and implement marketing and social media strategies, and developed anything from brochures to websites. At WhiteCoat Designs, Cary oversees all active projects and helps doctors’/clients’ visions come to life while also advising on marketing strategy. When Cary is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her three beautiful children and husband.


Amy Warren - Physician Liaison

As a Physician Liaison for WhiteCoat Designs, Amy creates unique strategies for cultivating new patient referrals for medical practices. Amy is a native of the Triangle area and graduated from East Carolina University. She has more than 14 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical and healthcare field, and specifically with helping local medical practices to build successful referring relationships. She is a skilled relationship builder who helps practices to increase awareness and market share. .
